Making a Purchase
Click on the Buy Me buttons to add items to your cart. Once you have finished choosing, click the checkout button. Orders will be combined to save you shipping costs, and over excessive charges refunded. It is your statutory right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the order date without giving a reason.
USA and other overseas payments by PayPal only, please. UK customers can pay by PayPal, personal cheque or postal order. PayPal is an easy, quick and safe way to pay, you do not need an account to make credit card payments. If you would like to use this method, please click on the PayPal link at checkout.
If you’ve chosen to pay by cheque or postal order my payment details will be given at checkout. Please make personal cheques payable to Kim Adamek, and write your name, address and cheque guarantee card number on the back of your cheque. Postal Orders should also be made out to Kim Adamek and be crossed. Please send payment within 7 days of ordering, as any orders not paid for by 7 days will be cancelled and the jewellery re-listed for other customers.
Orders are shipped once a week (on Thursdays) when your payment has cleared, which can take at least 6 days. All shipping charges include handling and packaging.
UK orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Post, which should reach you the next working day. Charges start from $4.00.
I do accept orders from Europe and Rest of World.
Orders for Europe are sent Airmail for delivery in approx 3-4 working days, Charges start from $4.00.
Orders to Rest of World addresses are sent Airmail for delivery in approx 5 working days. Charges start from $5.00.
There may be local import duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered from the UK – please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay these charges. All delivery estimates are from Royal Mail and are outside of my control.
If you don’t love your Precious Things jewellery simply contact me within 15 days to arrange for its safe return and refund. Sorry, but for hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.
Return the piece in its original condition and with its original inner packaging, along with a copy of your packing slip. Please insure your jewellery by obtaining proof of posting (free) from the Post Office, as I will be unable to give a refund if the item is lost during its return.
If your Precious Things jewellery breaks or is in need of some TLC (and who doesn’t occasionally?) don’t panic. There is a 12-month warranty from date of purchase for all pieces bought from me. Contact me for my return mailing address. Please insure your jewellery by obtaining proof of posting. Repairs requested after 12 months will be charged a small fee to cover the cost of the materials, time spent on the repair and the return postage.
Your privacy is taken very seriously. Any information gathered will not be traded, sold or compromised under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of handmade products, slight differences in colour/shape/form are possible.
All prices are in US dollars. Prices may change at any time depending on the variable exchange rate. Please check for changes before ordering.
